About the RoleThis is a triple-threat position: ideate, shoot, and edit, all with a strong bias toward editing for performance. You will be responsible for creating short-form content from scratch to final export, and distributing across major platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creator-led environments and loves the full social lifecycle.

What You’ll Do- Pitch & script short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and our internal community app.
- Shoot content using iPhone, Sony Cameras, and DJI Osmo Pocket 3s.
- Edit short-form content with retention-first strategy: hooks, pacing, platform-native style, trending audio, subtitles.
- Distribute content across platforms and track performance - this role is data-driven as much as creative.
- Use tools like Opus Clip and other native clipping platforms to repurpose long-form content into shorts, as well as manage clipping/editing for future new media properties.
- Maintain a scorecard and analytics system to track growth across media properties.
- Report directly to the Head of Media and Lead Editor, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with content strategy.
- Participate in team brainstorms, review sessions, and postmortems to constantly iterate and improve content output.
What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years experience producing and editing content for digital-first brands or creator teams.
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
- Understanding of short-form content pacing, editing for retention, and storytelling in under 60 seconds.
- Comfortable using and testing native clipping platforms like Opus Clip, etc.
- Strong understanding of how each platform’s algorithm and audience behavior differ (YouTube Shorts ≠ Reels ≠ TikTok).
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- You must be a viewer of short-form social content and YouTube. This role requires instinct and taste shaped by active consumption.
- Experience managing and updating a social media content calendar.
- Familiarity with social SEO and content optimization: titles, captions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
- Experience using ManyChat.

Work Schedule & Location- Location: Gibsonia, PA (in-person only)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:45AM–5PM typical), with occasional weekends depending on shoot/post schedules
