Colson Health is the parent company of BOOBIE Superfoods, a women’s wellness brand founded by a Registered Nurse and mother of three. Our mission is to simplify motherhood through clean, functional nutrition that supports women before, during, and long after childbirth.
We’re a fast-growing, women-led CPG company with nationwide retail partnerships, a loyal online community, and a heartfelt commitment to nourishing moms from bump to baby and beyond.
This role blends marketing coordination with influencer and community engagement — perfect for someone who loves both spreadsheets and social media, data and DMs. You’ll help execute our marketing calendar, manage influencer relationships, track campaigns, and keep our community buzzing with authentic BOOBIE love.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply passionate about supporting women through every stage of motherhood. Experience in women’s health, wellness, or consumer brands that serve moms is highly valued.
This role offers true flexibility for stay-at-home moms or caregivers who want to stay active in their field while managing school drop-offs, nap schedules, and family life. The remote hours don't have to be 9-to-5—they’re real-life hours that fit around motherhood, our specialty at BOOBIE*.
Founded in 2014, Boobie Superfoods is an omni-channel brand offering innovative solutions from superfoods created into supplements, food, skincare, and many other categories which we are scheduled to launch in the coming months. . We are the leading motherhood brand with multiple first-to-market products created by our founder, a registered nurse and certified lactation consultant.
What You Will Do:
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches across email, SMS, and social media.
- Assist in managing content calendars, deadlines, and creative assets across channels.
- Upload and quality-check marketing materials in Klaviyo, Meta, and Shopify.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence.
- Track campaign performance and compile simple summary reports for the team.
Influencer & Affiliate Program Support
- Research, identify, and reach out to new influencers, creators, and brand advocates who align with BOOBIE®’s mission and values.
- Manage influencer gifting, product seeding, and contract tracking.
- Keep organized spreadsheets and dashboards of influencer partnerships, content deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Communicate with influencers via email and social media — nurturing relationships with warmth, professionalism, and BOOBIE® energy.
- Support affiliate and ambassador initiatives, helping grow our mom-to-mom marketing network.
- Collect and organize UGC for use across marketing channels.
Community & Brand Engagement
- Support the growth of our online communities — especially among expectant, new, and seasoned moms.
- Assist with giveaways, collaborations, and live social activations.
- Join marketing and outreach team meetings, sharing insights and creative ideas for connection and engagement.
Who You Are:
You’re a detail-oriented, proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You’re organized, creative, and genuinely passionate about supporting women — especially moms — through meaningful, impactful work.
You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce (CPG, wellness, or DTC preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional, clear, and warm
- Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, Asana (or similar project tools), Canva, and Klaviyo
- Basic understanding of Shopify and influencer/affiliate platforms
- Familiarity with digital paid marketing and reporting (preferred)
- Ability to interpret data and consumer insights into actionable next steps
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software quickly
- A self-starter attitude — ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- A degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Location and Compension
- Remote schedule; Southern California residents may have 1–2 in-office days per month for photoshoots and in-office meetings.
$25-$30/hour based on experience and proven KPIs/track record.
