We’re growing fast and looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our team and lead IT projects that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients.
Position Summary
The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering technical projects and consulting engagements for Travel Tech clients. This role focuses on designing and deploying IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions — ensuring every project aligns with best practices and client goals.
You’ll work closely with our vCIOs, Technical Alignment Managers, and Service Desk to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll DoProject Delivery & Implementation
- Lead technical projects including network and server deployments, cloud migrations, cybersecurity implementations, and backup/disaster recovery setups.
- Manage the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and scoping to design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure all solutions follow company standards, security best practices, and vendor guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule and execute work with minimal disruption to their operations.
Consulting & Client Engagement
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating client business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Work with vCIOs and Account Managers to identify opportunities for system improvements and additional projects.
- Provide clear communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholders throughout every project.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with the Technical Alignment and Centralized Services teams to ensure smooth transitions between project and ongoing support phases.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including designs, implementation notes, and as-built reports in IT Glue.
- Contribute to internal standards, templates, and best practices that elevate service quality.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and MSP best practices.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within project delivery workflows.
- Participate in peer reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team performance.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery, implementation, or professional services (MSP experience strongly preferred).
- Strong technical background in:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Network infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPNs, VLANs)
- Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint security solutions
- Familiarity with MSP toolsets such as:
- PSA (Kaseya BMS, ConnectWise Manage, or Autotask)
- RMM (Kaseya VSA, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, etc.)
- Documentation (IT Glue or Hudu)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or M365 Fundamentals
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent network certification

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.85 - $39.06 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
