The Junior Process Engineer will aid in process improvement projects to help improve efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize profitability.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Assess processes through observation and participation, taking measurements and interpreting data
- Conduct tests and monitor the ongoing process performance throughout production and make adjustments of equipment, tools, and processes
- Respond to urgent issues and repairs, working with other departments as needed
- Have regular collaboration with other departments and helping out with their projects when needed
- Participate in planning, design, fabrication and production of new products and perform other related duties as required.
- Work with production to address production concerns
🧠What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or another applicable field)
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage small projects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
