Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the department and leadership team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports as needed.
Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees.
Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and small events.
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-Time: Approximately 20–25 hours per week (schedule flexible within business hours).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
