Social Design Studio is a boutique interior design studio specializing in hospitality and restaurant design. We create elevated, story-driven spaces for clients who value experience as much as aesthetics. As we grow our studio and e-commerce sister company Social Design Supply Co, we are looking for a rock-solid Studio Assistant.
Your Role
The Studio Assistant will be someone who excels at systems, task management, digital organization, and who’s comfortable working behind the scenes to support a small, purpose-led team. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including e-commerce support, file organization, scheduling assistance, and general operational duties. This is a great role for someone who enjoys structure, is tech-savvy, and can manage multiple systems with care and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our Shopify store (product uploads, inventory, order processing)
- Organize and manage studio files using Dropbox
- Assist with shipping logistics and order fulfillment
- Manage scheduling tasks and calendar updates
- Support light administrative work such as invoice tracking, contact organization, or database upkeep
- Upload content provided by the team and occasionally assist on content creation
Requirements
- Local to Scottsdale or the surrounding area. (This is not remote.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working independently and owning responsibilities from start to finish
- A background in business or marketing is a plus but not required

Hourly Range: $15-$20 /hour
