As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Purchasing Manager to join our team and help strengthen our purchasing and inventory operations.
Position Summary
The Purchasing Manager will play a key role in ensuring our clinics receive the products they need, when they need them. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in supply chain or pharmaceutical distribution. You will support purchasing, vendor management, and inventory planning, while working closely with our warehouse and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, place, and track purchase orders based on sales data and demand forecasts.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocks, coordinating closely with warehouse staff.
- Communicate with suppliers on product availability, pricing, lead times, and order confirmations.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure ERP/inventory systems are updated in real time.
- Assist management with vendor performance tracking and basic market research.
- Generate purchasing and inventory reports for internal review.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or inventory management preferred; pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ERP or inventory system experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
