We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Conduct engaging martial arts classes for students of various ages and experience levels
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, forms, sparring, and self-defense skills
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
- Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper equipment use
- Demonstrate martial arts techniques clearly and effectively, adapting teaching methods to individual needs
- Organize special events such as belt tests, demonstrations, and competitions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment
- Promote a positive attitude toward martial arts discipline, respect, and perseverance
Requirements
- Proven experience in martial arts with relevant certifications or black belt rankings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and instruct students
- Ability to demonstrate techniques accurately and safely
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence in students
- Prior experience teaching or coaching martial arts is highly desirable
- A professional attitude with a commitment to student development and safety
- Ability to adapt teaching styles for different age groups and skill levels

Pay: $37.32 - $52.90 per hour
