About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event and Brand Assistant to support the coordination and execution of events, promotions, and brand activations. This role involves hands-on participation in event logistics and ensuring every activity reflects the brand’s image and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and setting up events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Help maintain brand materials, displays, and promotional items.
- Interact with customers and guests to promote brand awareness.
- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events.
- Previous experience in events, retail, or promotions is a plus but not required.
