This is a vital role where you will own the end-to-end management of social media campaigns for our clients, from crafting engaging content to optimizing paid ads and providing insightful performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
As our Social Media and Content Creator, you will be responsible for:
- Social Media Management: Developing, scheduling, and publishing high-quality, engaging content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Developing original content ideas tailored to client goals and audience preferences. Writing compelling and engaging copy for various platforms. Collaborating with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content. Ensuring brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.
- Ads Management: Planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to meet client-specific KPIs (e.g., lead generation, traffic, conversions).
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitoring campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics, and generating comprehensive monthly reports that include actionable insights and clear recommendations for improvement.
- Strategy & Planning: Contributing to overall social media strategy and staying up-to-date with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
- Community Engagement: Responding to comments and messages to foster positive community interaction.
- Miscellaneous office duties.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in all aspects of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, including organic posting and paid advertising management.
- Demonstrable experience setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with specific budget goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
- Experience managing other social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
