Compensation
Please note, this is primarily a commission-based career. We offer a stipend during your first year of up to $20,000 and enhanced commissions during your first four years. There is great income potential to be had, and we will teach and train you how to succeed.
- First-year advisors in our network average around $62,000; the top 25% earn around $137,000.
- After year 3, advisors average $119,000 and the top 25% earn around $251,000.
- After year 5, advisors average $165,000 and the top 25% earn nearly $354,000.
These figures represent average earnings and are not necessarily representative of what each individual advisor will earn. Your income is directly tied to your production, and income is not guaranteed.
Job Description
As a Financial Representative you will build long-lasting relationships, offer guidance while providing solutions to help clients meet their financial goals and objectives. Financial Representatives are supported by an onboarding process, continuous training programs, mentoring and unlimited access to resources to assist their clients. Financial Representatives are also supported by a network of specialists who together provide guidance on:
- Comprehensive Financial Planning Asset & Income Protection
- Personal Planning Analysis/ Business Needs Analysis
- Education Funding
- Investment & Advisory Services
- Trust Services/Estate Analysis /Retirement Solutions/Employee & Executive Benefits
Responsibilities
- Offer a personalized/need based approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each client’s long term financial goals and objectives.
- Managing financial risk and achieving financial security in the areas but not limited to: life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities and investments.
- Create a referral-based practice to build your clientele.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Self-starter, go-getter mentality, ability to overcome adversity
- History of high achievement demonstrated by rapid growth and consistent, measurable results
- Ability to develop lasting, meaningful relationships as well as influence others
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience
