$130,000 base salary + $15,000 bonus

Summary
Join a dynamic team as a Product Designer focused on innovative product experiences for enterprise SaaS and web applications. Experience with mobile, web, and enterprise SaaS apps is highly valued. Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience, with a focus on SaaS and web applications
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions
- Experience working with design systems and wireframing
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS product development and web app interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to interpret low/high fidelity sketches and enhance visual design quality
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop compelling designs that promote user adoption and self-service
- Translate sketches and wireframes into refined visual designs that elevate the user experience
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system, ensuring consistency across products
- Make iterative design improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing
- Support the creation of prototypes, mockups, and visual assets for product presentations and marketing
- Prioritize and manage multiple design tasks, ensuring timely delivery
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Participate in design sprints, user research, and continuous improvement initiatives
