Responsibilities
- Filter all sample needs for seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Maintain established system for receiving and cataloging seasonal samples collections from Product Development, Merchandising, Design teams.
- Partner with PR assistant on trafficking system for shared samples sent for PR/Editorial and Events.
- Coordinate all product sample needs with licensee partners, tracking availability, and transportation to ultimate destination.
- Support Marketing & Advertising teams by coordinating samples sent to seasonal campaigns and product shoots for the development category selling tools and ecommerce needs.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and a natural problem solver.
- Strong organizational skills, task-oriented and process-driven.
- Interest in the home décor/shelter industry; experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in excel and power point.
