We’re looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager & Chiropractic Office Assistant. This hybrid role blends community outreach, marketing creativity, and front-office support in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with patients, and excited to grow our clinic’s community presence. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours depending on experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Community Outreach:
- Create and manage engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote the clinic’s services, events, and patient success stories.
- Develop marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Identify and book local networking opportunities, community events, health fairs, and educational seminars for the doctor and center.
- Attend community and networking events to represent the clinic (attendance at most events required).
- Assist in planning and executing in-office and off-site wellness events.
Office Assistant Duties:
- Greet patients and manage front desk responsibilities with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and maintain patient records.
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Assist the doctor and staff with administrative and marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or event planning preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Basic computer and social media skills required (Canva, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Previous healthcare experience a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Flexible; part-time or full-time available (some evenings/weekends for events).
- Compensation: Based on experience.
