Role And Responsibilities
The Business Analyst in service parts operations plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain process for service parts sourced from global vendors and distributed to customers across the United States.
This Position is responsible for monitoring key performance index (KPIs), analyzing operational data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. This position will consolidate business updates, create dashboards to enhance visibility, and support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc reporting.
As the position requires coordination with both US operations and headquarters in Korea, bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is essential. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, or business analytics is required.
- Track, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Index such as Forecasting Accuracy Rate, Back Order, Parts Arrival Ratio and Stock Health
- Collaborate with forecasting teams to refine forecasting models using data-driven insights
- Perform data extraction and analysis to produce strategic reporting materials for senior supply chain leadership
- Develop analytical procedure to build operational dashboard using Business Intelligence tool such as Tableau
- Develop and update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution
- Collect status updates from various project leaders and consolidate them into a unified report for leadership review
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on emerging operational issues or project-related topics
- Translate reports, presentations, and operational guides between English and Korean as required for global stakeholders
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in supply chain operations, demand planning and business analytics, or a related field is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools
- Knowledge of ERP or supply chain management system (SAP)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a global team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $84,000 and $104,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
