Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Designer based in Miami, FL. The Junior Designer will be responsible for assisting in the development of architectural designs, preparing drawings and renderings, conducting research, and collaborating with other team members to meet project goals. Daily tasks will include using BIM processes, participating in design reviews, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and codes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software and computational design methods
- Skills in architectural design, drawing, and rendering
- Research abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
- Experience with residential and commercial building projects is a plus
- Knowledge of space planning and feasibility studies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
