The Wholesale Sales Coordinator’s main objective is to act as the link between P.F. and our wholesale retailers - domestic and international independent retailers, national accounts, and distributor partners. Wholesale Sales Coordinators prioritize proactive sales strategies to meet sales objectives and support the company’s business goals. This role requires an understanding of the nuanced steps of logistics planning and practice exceptional customer service in order to ensure a positive experience for our customers from the first impression onwards. This role reports directly to the Wholesale Sales Manager at our Los Angeles office weekly.

Role Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Execution
- Prospect and develop new accounts using research, sales data and direction, and creative thinking
- Close sales opportunities through ongoing outreach, follow-up, sample offers, and custom pitches
- Coordinate and process orders from start to finish - inquiry, payment, and fulfillment - across channels
- Analyze both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback (internal & external) to inform department goals and measure success against defined KPI metrics
- Support in-person selling efforts, including account visits, and trade show preparation and execution
- Research industry standards, market trends, and competitor performance to help ensure P.F. remains competitive in the home fragrance category
- Assist in building and sending B2B promotional marketing campaigns across platforms
Account Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exercising sound judgment and balancing company policies
- Provide expert knowledge on products, production process, and company initiatives to effectively communicate the brand story and unique selling propositions
- Track and communicate customer feedback, issues,a nd data efficiently across departments and ensure a timely solution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and customer information in the ERP system and internal Google Workspace tools
General Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative project management efforts that support sales goals and customer engagement
- Provide cross-departmental logistical support, acting as liaison when manager is unavailable
- Support the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all work and communication
Based on changing sales demands and customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform functions not specifically outlined here. The Wholesale Sales Coordinator is expected to take on additional tasks or duties as needed. Job responsibilities are subject to review and revision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years minimum of relevant sales and/or marketing experience
- Experience in retail, customer service, inventory or warehouse management is a plus
- Ability to resourcefully self-direct while balancing multiple projects; detail oriented
- Strong analytical and data-based storytelling skills; experience in visualizing data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an understanding of proper grammar
- Proficiency in: Google Workspace, B2B marketplaces, ERP systems, and inventory management
- Knowledge of B2B sales, preferably in a related field of CPG, product manufacturing, or home design
- Flexible schedule to accommodate meetings in different customer time zones
- Daily punctuality IS A MUST
