The Role:
You will own the U.S. private equity business: new logo acquisition, account expansion, strategic client engagement, and team development. You'll lead sales, research, and client-facing teams while collaborating with Product and Marketing to ensure the platform evolves with client needs.
This is hands-on leadership—running client meetings, closing deals, mentoring Team Leads and Associates, and building the infrastructure (playbooks, training programs, forecasting models) that enables 3x growth over the next 36 months.
You'll succeed if you:
- Come from Expert Networks, Alternative Data, Market Research, Consulting, or B2B SaaS/Platform Sales
- Have sold to private equity firms
- Have managed and scaled high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Can balance strategic thinking with relentless execution
- Thrive leading from the front rather than delegating from behind a desk
