The Beverly Hills Estates — Los Angeles’ premier luxury real estate brokerage known for representing the city’s most legendary homes and architectural significant estates — is seeking an exceptional Marketing Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

From iconic Hollywood Hills estates to oceanfront Malibu compounds, your work will help define how these extraordinary properties are experienced across print, digital, and social platforms.
This is an in-office position based in West Hollywood, CA (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM). Remote work is not available.
About the Role
As part of our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team, you’ll craft sophisticated, on-brand creative that elevates our listings and brand presence. You’ll design across multiple channels - from property brochures, brand campaigns, and luxury print collateral to email marketing, social media, and digital advertising - shaping the visual narrative of some of the most extraordinary homes in the world.
Responsibilities
- Design visually stunning, brand-aligned marketing materials for print and digital (brochures, postcards, campaigns, ads, and more)
- Create and manage e-mail marketing campaigns with a focus on layout, design, and storytelling
- Edit and retouch property photography and transform raw video into polished, cinematic content
- Capture on-site content at exclusive listings to create compelling photo and video assets
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure all creative reflects our luxury brand aesthetic and strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in luxury, real estate, or lifestyle branding
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with tools like Canva and Sprout Social
- Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and basic video editing
- A refined design eye, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into elevated visuals
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Experience working directly with clients and teams, delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Greater Los Angeles and be available to work in-office
