Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team at Indy Grills and Outdoor Living. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for taking sketches made by the sales team and turning them into professional 3D designs, managing the permitting process, and utilizing your AutoCAD skills to create drawings for our outdoor living projects. The position is full-time, with the requirement of coming into the office at 4540 E SR 32 Lebanon, IN 46052.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed drawings for outdoor living projects, including decks, patios, and other structures.
- Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual representations.
- Manage the permitting process for outdoor construction projects, including gathering necessary documentation, submitting applications, and liaising with local authorities to obtain permits.
- Call in inspections
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for creating accurate and detailed drawings.
- Excellent graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
