What You’ll Do
- Represent Radix Solar with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Educate homeowners on the value and benefits of switching to solar energy
- Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused sales experience
- Consistently achieve (and exceed) individual and team sales goals
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your skills
- Prospect, qualify, and close residential solar opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with customers and the local community
What You Bring
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- A motivated, coachable mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Solid organizational skills and creative problem-solving ability
- Independence, reliability, and strong time-management habits
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays
- Age 17+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
