The Role:
As member of our Product team, you’ll be instrumental in developing new customer-centric solutions as well as work on enhancing our existing applications. This role calls for a creative problem-solver who can contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch solutions to our customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship features for our multi-platform applications (iPhone, Android, and Web) utilized by employers around the globe.
- Optimize our micro-services architecture, boosting the efficiency and scalability of our application platform.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 2+ years of experience developing production MVC Web applications.
- Proficiency in Ruby or Python, and familiarity with React/Next.js or Backbone/Marionette.
- Experience with TypeScript or CoffeeScript.
- A strong grasp of Test-Driven Development and Agile methodologies.
Bonus Points for:
- Mobile app development with Cordova or Phonegap.
- Knowledge in ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Experience using AI assisted development tools (e.g. Codex, Claude)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
