Responsibilities
- Help our Project Managers get projects completed.
- Generate ideas to complete projects efficiently and enhance outcomes.
- Kick challenges in the butt! :)
The Work:
- Assistants to support the work of our videographers, web developers, back-end web programmers, and marketing strategists. Our firm uses AI at every level of our workflow and creative work. We are also on the cutting edge of HTML5 and other leading marketing tech.
Qualifications
- Some relevant experience is good.
- A degree is good; more importantly, read the stuff below.
If You Become the Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management (it’s not as scary as it sounds):
- Using the campaign’s plan written by one of the firm’s partners, you will act on it and monitor the project’s progress. You will brainstorm each of the campaign’s next steps with team members all along the way.
- You will collaborate and be supported by teammates, including the firm’s two partners, writers, videographers, digital schedulers, web and graphic designers, and a software developer.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met. Team members will let you know if you are on the right track:)
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Develop support documentation, such as filling in campaign results and actions in databases.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with the team and ensure all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and proactively resolve issues.
Opportunity Identification:
Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest new tweaks to the campaign.
Requirements and Skills:
- Some experience in digital marketing for small or enterprise-sized businesses.
- Hands-on experience creating basic spreadsheets.
- Understanding the basics of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Relaxed, practical phone skills.
