Background of the Position
For more than ten years, Paapri has been a trusted NetSuite Alliance Partner, consistently co-selling alongside NetSuite by helping introduce and implement tailored Paapri solutions for joint customers. Historically, our growth has been driven by opportunities brought to us through the NetSuite ecosystem.
However, Paapri is now evolving its go-to-market strategy — from primarily depending on NetSuite-generated opportunities to “balancing the trade” by proactively bringing NetSuite opportunities of our own.
With the launch and rapid expansion of our proprietary PCT Flex Platform, we are reaching a wider base of small to mid-sized manufacturers — many of whom are ideal candidates for NetSuite ERP. By combining Paapri’s solution toolbox, the PCT Flex Platform, and NetSuite, we aim to deliver a complete digital transformation suite to manufacturers.
To accelerate this growth, Paapri is hiring Manufacturing ERP Sales Consultants (Account Executives) who can open doors, understand manufacturers’ business needs, and help execute our mission —

Position Summary
This position is part of Paapri’s NetSuite Business Unit, which focuses on implementing, customizing, and integrating ERP solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients. The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our direct outreach to the manufacturing market — helping customers modernize operations through Paapri’s integrated technology ecosystem.
This is a 100% in-office role based in our South Bend, IN headquarters, with travel up to 50% to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
The Account Executive will be responsible for understanding manufacturing business requirements and introducing the NetSuite ERP, Paapri’s solution toolbox, and the PCT Flex Platform as part of a unified digital transformation roadmap.
This is a consultative, solution-driven sales role that requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP solutioning, and the ability to align technology to real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and distribution ERP market.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand clients’ business processes, operational challenges, and goals.
- Introduce and position NetSuite, Paapri’s solution toolbox, and the PCT Flex Platform as a complete technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to design and present tailored ERP and MES solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through negotiation, closing, and handoff to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Partner with Oracle and other ecosystem partners to expand Paapri’s market reach.
- Represent Paapri at manufacturing events, trade shows, and customer visits (up to 50% travel).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience selling ERP or manufacturing software solutions.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and supply chain processes.
- Proven success in consultative, solution-based sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open doors and build trust with manufacturers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work full-time from the South Bend office.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Infor CSI/Syteline, Syspro, Acumatica, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Background in technology consulting or ERP solution sales to manufacturing clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
