Responsibilities
- Assist clients with various banking services, including account management, and cash management.
- Identify and prevent potential fraud through diligent monitoring and detection practices.
- Provide guidance on debits and credits, ensuring accurate financial transactions for clients.
- Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct financial sales by promoting products that meet the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Skills
- Knowledge of general financial principles.
- Background in financial sales is not needed but a plus.
- Familiarity with various financial software applications for account management.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
