Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-growth team and someone who wants to make an immediate impact. This is a full-time on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our inside sales pipeline while also driving marketing efforts to support business operations. You will work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing programs, and build strong client relationships - all while shaping the brand’s market presence through creative and strategic marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Inside Sales:
· Stay closely connected with the external sales team for smooth communication.
· Identify and qualify leads, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
· Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and goals.
· Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Conduct cold outreach and follow up on leads.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Support the outside sales teams as required.
Marketing & Branding:
· Manage social media and help craft brand messaging around Terravive’s Mission.
· Manage Terravive’s online presence, including website updates and social media.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
· Organize and represent Terravive at trade shows and industry events.
· Develop & implement marketing campaigns, events and promotions to support sales initiatives.
· Create sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
Team & Event Support:
· Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
· Jump in wherever the team needs support - no task is too small.
· Bring positivity, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude every day.
Administrative Support:
· Keep day-to-day operations organized and efficient.
· Support leadership and team as required to support rapid growth

What We’re Looking For:
· Optimistic, energetic, and excited to be part of a growing, mission-driven team.
· Prior experience in sales, admin, or marketing is a plus, but attitude and initiative are key.
· Highly organized, excellent problem solver, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in inside sales and/or marketing.
· Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and pipeline management.
· Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
· Experience in Food Service and Hospitality is a plus.
· Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
· Creative, with social media and basic design skills.
