Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee project accounting to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead financial audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to executive leadership for decision-making.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
