The Role
We’re seeking an Investor Solutions Associate to join our growing team.
This is a client-facing role at the intersection of wealth management, product strategy, and business development — ideal for a driven financial professional eager to help clients navigate complex equity portfolios.
You’ll work directly with Cache’s Head of Investor Solutions to deepen relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and wealth management firms.
The right candidate combines intellectual curiosity with client empathy and thrives in an environment where excellence and speed coexist.
What You'll Do
Client Development & Relationship Management
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth investors, advisors, and family offices.
• Lead impactful client meetings by educating clients on Cache’s products, consulting on portfolio decisions, and clearly articulating our value proposition.
• Manage onboarding and follow-through with precision to ensure a seamless client experience.
Business Development & Pipeline Execution
• Qualify and prioritize inbound opportunities, maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Execute structured, proactive follow-up across all opportunity segments.
• Ensure that client execution aligns with company goals and growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Investments to deliver a cohesive, high-touch client experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership, events, and social media to elevate Cache’s brand and advisor engagement.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights that inform product design and messaging.
Market Intelligence
• Stay ahead of wealth-management trends, competitor offerings, and investor sentiment.
• Contribute to strategy discussions and thought leadership as Cache continues to define this category.
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, investment consulting, or another client-facing financial role.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated investors and advisors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex investment concepts.
• Strong CRM discipline (we use Attio) and experience managing structured pipelines.
• Series 7 and 63 (or willingness to obtain).
• CFP® or CFA® designation preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and adaptability.
