As KDG’s Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing marketing initiatives to life across social media, paid advertising, and content creation. This entry-level position is ideal for a creative, data-curious marketer who’s eager to gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools — including AI-driven content generation, automation platforms, and digital advertising systems.
You’ll work closely with the AVP of Design & Marketing and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to execute campaigns that improve visibility, engagement, and measurable ROI for both KDG and client accounts. This is a role for someone excited to experiment, learn quickly, and help modernize how marketing is done at KDG.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, draft, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Notion AI) to generate and refine captions, articles, and social content variations.
- Collaborate with designers and external freelancers to produce on-brand visuals, videos, and motion graphics.
- Monitor social media analytics and community engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
Content Writing & Article Generation
- Research and draft blogs, case studies, and landing page content using a mix of original writing and AI-assisted tools.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, and keyword placement.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and freelancers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Support
- Assist in the setup and management of digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword and audience research, develop ad copy, and help analyze campaign performance.
- Support A/B testing for headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to drive improved conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to test new ad formats and targeting approaches.
AI & Marketing Automation
- Explore emerging AI tools that can enhance content creation, campaign performance, or workflow efficiency.
- Support automation setup in tools such as Zoho Marketing Automation, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Collect and organize performance data for dashboards and monthly reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing tasks using automation or AI-based workflows.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with KDG’s tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions with marketing, sales, and design teams.
- Assist in event marketing, email campaigns, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Client Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing deliverables for KDG clients, including social media scheduling, ad campaign setup, and content creation.
- Collaborate with KDG’s Digital Marketing Lead and project managers to ensure client campaigns meet defined goals and deadlines.
- Support SEO, analytics tracking, and reporting for client accounts using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Help brainstorm creative strategies or campaign ideas that align with each client’s brand and target audience.
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail when representing KDG in client communications or deliverables.
