Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Intern to join our dynamic team for a three-month internship. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with creative vision to help craft engaging campaigns and innovative content strategies. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in campaign development, market analysis, and content creation, all while collaborating with seasoned professionals. Outstanding performance during the internship may lead to an opportunity for evaluation for a full-time role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Conceptualization
- Assist in developing creative concepts for marketing and advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences
- Create mood boards and visual presentations to communicate concepts
- Support campaign strategy development across various channels
Content Creation & Design
- Help create compelling content for multiple platforms
- Assist in developing visual assets for marketing materials
- Create layouts for both print and digital media
- Source and manage photo/video references for storyboards
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Collaboration & Analysis
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Incorporate feedback to refine concepts and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Must have or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing/advertising
- Knowledge of market research tools and methods
- Basic understanding of brand strategy
