Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will apply engineering principles to optimize industrial layout and production processes. This role involves interpreting blueprints, improving efficiency, and supporting process changes in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze time, motion, and methods to improve production efficiency.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review logs and specifications for quality assurance.
- Assist in planning work assignments and production schedules.
- Create workflow diagrams, floor layouts, and machine utilization charts.
- Support process improvements and documentation updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Creo, NX, AutoCAD).
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean manufacturing.
- Familiarity with NX or Creo 3D software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships accepted).
