About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Associate who thrives at the intersection of creativity, communication, and strategy.
This role works closely with the Vice President of Partnerships and the Director of Business Development to identify sales opportunities, support campaigns, and bring new marketing ideas to life. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to both sides of the business — helping grow client relationships while strengthening Showcore’s brand presence across digital and live channels.

What You’ll Do· Support Sales Growth: Partner with the Director of Business Development to identify new client opportunities and outreach channels.
· Contribute to Campaigns: Play an active role in developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
· Create Marketing Content: Support social media, blog, newsletter, and case study development — from concept through posting.
· Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with creative, production, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
· Participate in Events: Assist with creative development and execution of large-scale live events and client activations.
· Research & Reporting: Track campaign performance, gather market insights, and help maintain CRM and marketing databases.
· Travel Opportunities: Represent Showcore at client meetings, industry events, and live productions as needed.
What We’re Looking For· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or communications (internships count!).
· Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media and content creation.
· A natural collaborator with excellent organization and follow-through.
· Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM or marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
· A self-starter with a positive attitude and curiosity for learning.
· Experience or interest in the live events, experiential marketing, or creative industries a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
