Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM (PY) Consultant with strong knowledge of Swiss (CH) and/or Austrian (AT) payroll to join STRADA’s expert team. The consultant will design, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance and optimal performance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP Payroll (PY) for Switzerland and/or Austria, including payroll schemas, wage types, and legal reports
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PY solutions
Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide expert-level support
Collaborate closely with technical teams on system integrations, enhancements, and workflow optimization
Support end-to-end payroll processing, testing, and end-user training
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Participate in SAP system upgrades, patching, and change management activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for Swiss and/or Austrian payroll
Solid understanding of local payroll legislation and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience configuring payroll schemas, rules, and wage types
Familiarity with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time), smart forms, and SAP scripts
Fluent in English; German or French language skills are a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the euHReka SAP platform
Relevant SAP certifications in HCM and Payroll modules
Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
Soft Skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
