The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our DSCR marketing division and scale the department from $300K/month to $1M+/month.You’ll oversee all marketing channels, creative direction, ad strategy, and funnel optimization — turning marketing data into predictable revenue growth.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to drive qualified investor loan applications at scale and can manage both internal and external marketing resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy for DSCR loans (paid ads, email, SMS, affiliates, organic).
- Manage and optimize media buyers, creative designers, and copywriters to meet acquisition goals.
- Build and scale paid acquisition systems across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Oversee ad creative testing, funnel CRO, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing KPIs with revenue targets.
- Create and manage partnerships with influencers, real estate coaches, and affiliate marketers.
- Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, ROAS, and lead-to-call conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience scaling high-ticket or financial offers ($5K–$50K range).
- Proven success managing marketing teams or agencies with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of funnel strategy, creative direction, and ad psychology.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel, Hyros, Instantly, or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Comfortable leading a fast-moving remote team with aggressive revenue targets.
