Title: Program Manager
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)

Compensation: $56/hr - $76/hr

Skillset / Experience:
Program Manager
-Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.
-Collaborate closely with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines.
-Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and feedback is captured effectively.
-Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience.
-Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
-Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through the review stages.
-Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals.
-Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows.
-Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.
-Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for candidate review process questions and escalations.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical hiring context.
-Strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
-Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform process improvements.
-Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
