We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on creating an excellent work environment that is positive, diverse, and focused on career development. Our company and sales team have been thriving over the last several years. We’ve doubled the size of our sales team, seen 100% quota attainment across multiple reps, and continue to promote from within, several of our SDRs have advanced into Account Executive roles in the past year.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Generate opportunities by performing B2B outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
- Tell the Alleva Story: Master the ability to explain Alleva’s mission and how we are a game changer for behavioral health organizations.
- Research & Targeting: Conduct research and list-building to identify priority prospects.
- Partner with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategy, set appointments, and assist with follow-up.
- Data Accuracy: Capture and maintain accurate prospect data in our CRM.
- Hit & Exceed KPIs: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly targets.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing coaching, training, and team collaboration.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of sales-related experience (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Coachable, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Strong initiative; diligent self-starter.
- Well-spoken with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and resilient, doesn’t give up easily.
- Career-driven with clear ambitions.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Interest in healthcare, behavioral health, or mission-driven work.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email sequences is a plus.
