Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with current clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include providing product training, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will focus on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the HVAC/R industry.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Retention
- Experience in Product Training, Marketing Strategy, and Business Development
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote coordination and reporting
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the HVAC/R industry or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
