Overview of Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties affected by damage to promptly assess needs.
- Monitor leads around the clock and promptly dispatch to loss locations to secure sales and investigate opportunities.
- Provide top-notch customer service by articulating our comprehensive services, instilling confidence in prospective customers that we will expertly handle every aspect of their claims process.
- Collaborate with the mitigation team to ensure accurate timelines and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
- Close high-value sales, turning leads into lasting relationships.
- Secure authorizations to initiate our top-tier services seamlessly.
- Build strong connections with local property managers, agents, and emergency responders to foster collaboration and drive success.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Clear articulation of services and relationship-building.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales (ideally in property or insurance or cold-calling)
- Customer Service Orientation: Focus on client satisfaction and knowledge of the claims process.
- Networking Abilities: Skill in forming connections with property managers and emergency responders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick assessment of client needs and solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work well with the sales, marketing and mitigation team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing situations and client needs.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic use of phones, iPads, and essential software. Familiarity with using CRM tools for lead management a plus!
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with property damage and restoration services is a plus, but not required.
- Clean Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with no recent violations.
This position offers an exciting package that includes a company vehicle and an attractive commission plan in addition to your base salary, providing you with excellent earning potential!
General Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Availability outside of office hours is required due to needing to dispatch to emergency calls.
