Are you a natural connector who thrives on meaningful conversations and measurable results? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Recruiter who loves the fast pace of sales and has the drive to find, engage, and place top-performing sales professionals.
In this role, you’ll make 150–200 calls per day, connecting with motivated sales talent and matching them with opportunities that align with their goals. If you enjoy relationship-building, friendly competition, and achieving daily targets, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 150–200 outbound calls daily to identify and engage candidates.
- Present opportunities clearly and persuasively to potential candidates.
- Manage the top half of the recruiting cycle — initial outreach & interviews.
- Maintain accurate records and communication in the CRM.
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced, high-performing recruiting team.
