Offer Overview
Role: Closer
Offer: Done-for-you motivated seller lead generation systems for real estate wholesalers & listing agents.
Price Point: $1,500/mo - $15,000/mo depending on package and volume.
ICP: Real estate wholesalers & listing agents across the U.S. who need consistent, qualified seller leads.
Availability:
- Must work EST hours.
- Minimum of 8 hours/day, full-time only (no side gigs).
- If you cannot commit to full-time, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into high-paying clients.
- Act as the client’s account manager after the sale.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships that create long-term upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to speak with authority and confidence.
Success Metrics
- High conversion rates from lead to closed deal.
- High average contract value per client.
- Consistently putting in the hours.
- Maximizing meetings booked and completed.
Compensation
- OTE: $8,000 - $15,000/month realistic in your first 90 days
- Upside: Every client you close becomes your book of business - meaning ongoing upsells and recurring commissions. Many closers add an extra $5K-$8K/month just from re-ups.
