Contract Training Specialist. In this role, you will deliver high-quality instructional services, support assistant trainers, and ensure smooth, well-organized training sessions.
Contract Training Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop guidelines and standards for assistant trainers.
- Lead and supervise training sessions, ensuring participants gain hands-on experience and leave with valuable skills.
- Coordinate logistics, including materials preparation and session setup.
- Monitor training sessions, providing support, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Maintain clear communication with management and fellow trainers, reporting on session outcomes and equipment performance.
- Assist participants with online training programs and answer procedural questions.
Contract Training Specialist Qualifications
- Experience in training, teaching, or instructional delivery with large groups of adults.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Strong supervisory and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in structured training environments.
- Experience with training logistics, reporting, and analysis is a plus.
