Sales Representative to join our growing team in
Summerdale, AL.
Position Overview
The
Sales Marketing Representative plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships within the restoration industry. This individual will generate new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and serve as the face of FRSTeam within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is
self-motivated, personable, and enjoys networking and problem-solving to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and contact potential clients within assigned territory
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present FRSTeam services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking groups to build connections
- Maintain consistent outreach to expand and retain client base
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on open jobs weekly
- Communicate updates and resolve client issues promptly
- Maintain regular contact with clients and prospects to generate repeat business
Account Management & CRM
- Enter and update client information in CRM software
- Track all sales activity, contacts, and relationship progress in CRM
- Use CRM tools and reports to monitor performance and opportunities
Marketing Support
- Represent the company at events and in the community
- Collaborate with management to execute local marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing materials and coordinate reorders as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred (B2B or restoration industry experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, relationship-building, and presentation abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, LuxorCRM, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to meet sales KPIs
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Combination of field work, home office, and client site visits
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Exposure to restoration job sites (mitigation and construction environments)
