high-energy Business/Digital Analyst who turns data and requirements into real-world impact across global marketing and transformation programs.
You'll play a central role in helping teams connect strategy to execution: mapping workflows, simplifying complex processes, creating meaningful dashboards, and driving adoption of CRM/CDP/automation capabilities. You'll collaborate with stakeholders from the C-suite to front-line teams across regions - influencing how Yanmar uses data to drive performance and efficiency.

What You'll DoBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement - Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear deliverables.
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Support the rollout of global transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across regional teams.
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, and value realization.
Data Analysis & Decision Support - Partner with data and marketing teams to interpret metrics and surface growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for channel and funnel performance.
- Convert trends into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership and business partners.
Digital Marketing Performance & Optimization - Monitor CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms to assess performance.
- Identify opportunities for personalization, automation, and customer journey optimization.
- Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen campaign execution and data quality.
Business-Technical Alignment - Act as a liaison between Marketing, IT, and Data teams to ensure clean data flow and integration.
- Support implementation and enhancement of CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
Strategic & Global Support - Contribute to digital roadmaps, planning cycles, and project prioritization.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, digital trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modeling for marketing and digital initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a data-driven marketing/digital transformation role.
- Experience with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across cultures, regions, and time zones.
- Knowledge of Agile methods (sprints, backlogs, user stories).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (data modeling, DAX, or Power Query a plus).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management preferred.
- Bonus: experience with project coordination, A/B testing, attribution modeling, or basic SQL.
