What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Train Sales Team: Oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual goals.
- Door-to-Door Canvassing: Actively engage with potential clients by inspecting homes for damage and providing tailored roofing solutions.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, addressing their needs and ensuring they understand their options.
- Insurance Claims Support: Walk clients through the insurance claims process
- Sales Presentations & Contracts: Prepare and present customized roofing solutions, contracts, and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Goals: Strive to consistently meet or exceed company sales targets.
- Client Record Management: Ensure accurate client information is logged and maintained throughout the sales process.
- Daily Communication with Team: Maintain consistent daily communication with your team, offering guidance, support, and ensuring everyone stays aligned with company objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in sales leadership, with experience in roofing or a related industry preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and the insurance claims process.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people skills to effectively lead and build relationships.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team growth, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to handle objections and problem-solve in real-time.
