Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer/Customer Success Manager located in Southwest Missouri. The role involves designing visually compelling graphics and branding materials, working on logo design and typography, and executing creative projects. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored design solutions, and ensure satisfaction with delivered outcomes. The role will also include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting clients throughout design projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Experience in Branding and Typography
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools and software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in both design and customer-facing roles is a plus
