Position Overview
As an Account Executive, you’ll connect directly with homeowners, identify their roofing and storm-restoration needs, and schedule free inspections with our project specialists. You’ll start in a paid training program with base pay, then move into a role with commission, weekly bonuses and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners to educate them on roofing and storm-damage restoration options
- Build relationships and schedule free inspections
- Maintain lead and customer information in our CRM
- Work closely with project managers to ensure excellent service and follow-through
- Represent Aesthetic Roofing with professionalism, energy, and reliability

Qualifications
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow professionally and financially
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people face-to-face
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, not required
