Job Responsibilities
- Serve as institution Business Manager.
- Duties include, but not limited to entering shopping carts, purchase orders and work orders.
- Audit special funds and maintain petty cash and meal tickets.
- Answer kiosk requests from inmates pertaining to E.H. cooper account activities.
- Make bank deposits to cooper trust fund.
- Responsible for order, receiving and distributing supplies and equipment.
- Accounts for and files all business office financial transactions and receipts in accordance with policy. Perform other duties as assigned.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements
(Or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer 2 years of accounting or accounting related experience.
