What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative at FinnlySport, you will be the front line of our sales team, driving growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You’ll focus on prospecting, generating leads, and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the sports arena and venue management industry, using advanced tools and strategies.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media campaigns to connect with prospects and introduce them to FinnlySport's innovative solutions.
- Qualify Leads: Understand potential clients’ needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with FinnlySport’s offerings.
- Set Appointments: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team, providing a smooth handover of qualified leads to account executives.
- CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of activities and interactions in our HubSpot CRM to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies, share insights, and align messaging with market demands.
- Stay Informed: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to uncover new opportunities and improve outreach techniques.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years in sales or lead generation, ideally in the sports, software, or technology industries.
- Top-Notch Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships across channels.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools. Bonus points for experience with sales automation tools.
- Self-Starter: Goal-driven, highly motivated, and thrives in a hybrid work environment.
- Flexible: Adapts easily to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
