Job Duties: Consult and collaborate with business and IT partners to provide security and risk management advice in the design, implementation, and testing of cloud environments, commercial applications, and digital services. Lead and perform assessments and design reviews, providing assurance over existing and future solutions and environments, prioritizing risks, and advising on remediation. Evaluate current state and drive fit for purpose security standards and capabilities in acquisitions. Drive the strategy and adoption of cybersecurity best practices across clinical operations business teams to protect J&J and patient data across clinical study processes and systems. Assist the Security Operations Center (SOC) with security incident investigation activities; work closely with business teams to support affected users and provide liaison with central investigation team. Review third-party vendor business solutions with a risk-based approach to ensure data protection and enhance security posture. Shape the development of a framework for an R&D Lab Security program in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and the ISRM OT Security program. Align on a strategy and drive execution to improve the cybersecurity posture for MedTech R&D labs. Partner with ISRM cross functional leaders and contribute subject matter expertise to help shape the strategy and continuously evolve the security program for applications and future cloud IT solutions.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offer or in a Cybersecurity Lead Med Tech-related occupations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$121,000 - $141,000/year
