What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Kitchen & Bath Designer or Interior Designer with strong K&B portfolio
- Proficiency with design/drafting software such as 2020, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, appliances, plumbing, lighting and ergonomic standards
- Confident client communication, presentation and consultative sales skills
- High attention to detail and follow through from initial concept through installation
- Comfort working independently as a 1099 contractor while collaborating with a larger team
- Ability to visit client homes, job sites and our showroom as needed within the DE/MD/DC region

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
